Firing marshmallows - 1

This group of students fired marshmallows at 'Target 2' using various catapults that the students designed. The students were asked to design a firing machine using the following equipment: a block of wood, a 30 cm ruler, 2 rubber bands, a plastic spoon and some masking tape.
