Preview of 'Target 2' online data submission form

We hope that students will also share any data collected using 'Target 2' (in which all target areas are the same size as the original, but the sections have been divided and rotated).

This data will be collected in a supplementary online form, which is accessible through the SUBMIT DATA page. The form contains the questions below.

SCHOOL DETAILS

• School name
• School address
• State/Territory
• Postcode
• Numbers of people involved (divided as pre-school, junior primary, middle primary, upper primary, junior secondary and senior secondary students, adult learners, staff, and parents and other visitors)
• Is data using 'Target 1' also being reported for some or all of these groups? (This data should be reported on a separate online form)

FOR EACH CLASS OR GROUP

• Distance of thrower from 'Target 2' and total number of coins which landed in each area for this group:
  (Leave any unnecessary boxes blank)

• Approximate year level of participants in this group? (Multiple choice selection)
• Any other details which this group would like to share about their use of 'Target 2'?

The above questions will be repeated so that results for up to 10 classes/groups can be reported on one form. To report results for more than 10 classes/groups, you will need to return to the SUBMIT DATA page and lodge an additional form(s).
